Chris Brown was on the red carpet during the four day extravaganza event for Kandy Vegas all at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in the city of slot machines. His neck is now graced with a new tattoo featuring a wolf.

Chris Brown is slowly turning into prisoner 45902 with all whose tattoos covering his entire body! I think Soulja Boy has been sharing his sketch book!
