On November 4, 2008, I remember getting teary-eyed when Barack Obama was elected as the 44th President of the United States.  It was a well of tears that I did not know where they were coming from.  The Obama persona is infectious. Barack Obama happens to be a leader with an easy-going temperament.  His charismatic nature is evident in the way he handles his speeches and the knack he carries for consensus-building.  He is also a talented writer whose book “Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance“ hit the best seller list. In addition, in 2009 he won the Nobel While private in his own family life, he mingles easily around crowds and he has even handled the monstrosity called Donald Trump!
