Loosing Weight and Looking Good


A few people probably have the whole loosing weight goal as their 2011 resolution.  First of all, let me say that loosing weight is not all about being a stick-thin model.  Loosing weight is about maintaining a healthy weight for your frame: looking good and feeling good.  It’s about being comfortable enough to try on a bathing suit in the middle of winter and still feeling sexy as cat-woman!

It all comes down to confidence. If a person is at their confident weight, you tend to have more self-esteem.  You look good in clothes and you feel good in your own skin!

Loosing weight is not about starvation either.     You could do something crazy deny eating or do the right thing and keep off the pounds by staying healthy.  If u really want some simple advice:  eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner (small meals through out the day) and you’ve heard it before:  drink lots of water, exercise at least once a day for 30 min and you will see results. Again, it comes down to discipline.

Anyhow, two celebrities who have taken control of their own weight and their lives this year are: Jennifer Hudson and Raven-Symone. These two are looking good.  Jennifer Hudson has lost weight and you can see her on the Weight Watchers ads. Raven-Symone lost weight and it was very noticeable at the People’s Choice Awards.

Jennifer Hudson lost weight by learning how to eat a healthy diet after joining Weight Watchers. Many celebrities are having success with weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, but it basically comes down to learning how to eat healthy foods and exercise.
